This faucet is beautiful and simple to use. The sensors quickly respond to movement. I am not going to sit here and tell you installation was a breeze.First, we had to install a new "waterproof" 120V outlet since we did not have one underneath or near the sink. I for sure was not going to run an extension cord making it an "eye sore" for all to see.Second, we had to purchase a 8" deck plate. We don't understand why this faucet did not come with a deck plate. The deck plate cost us less than $12 at a local Mom & Pop hardware store. BEWARE - you are not going to find it at a [@] or [@], they do not carry them! This is the reason this item lost a star - American Standard should of included the deck plate as part of the packaging. [@] does carry a variety of 4" and 8" as well. The instructions even show the installation with a deck plate mounted! Even though the large retail chain hardware stores do not carry the deck plates, they do carry "plug" type covers to cover the holes that are not being used. They do come in white and polished or brushed chromed.Third, check out the attached pictures on the main page - did you see all the cables and wires that need to be attached to something. We read the instructions carefully and followed everything step-by-step thoroughly. It is not difficult to connect, just tedious.Once everything was screwed and plugged in the faucet, the American Standard Touch-Free Faucet looks and works amazingly. It reminds me of one of the faucets from a fancy 4 star hotel I see on TV that only the rich and famous stay at :-The faucet is made of high polished chrome, heavy duty and definitely built to last. Conserve on water and waste no more with automatic shut off and improve your hygiene by not touching the actual faucet or leaving behind dirt and grime. We have only had it installed for a short period of time and everyone who has used it has complimented us on how beautiful and easy it is to use. Who would think a faucet would make a great conversation piece with guests.If I could change one thing, it would be some kind of control to set how long the water stays on. We read the instructions thoroughly and could not find if something like this was even possible. The water will only run as long as your hands are in front of the senor. It would be nice if have some kind of timer to set it to 10 to 15 seconds longer. Other than that - it is PERFECT!PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA.
