great way to ward off the flu!

a friend recommended this to use if I started getting flu symptoms as it is meant to help ward off sickness of lessen it. I put out in my closet and sure enough I started getting that itchy throat and achy feeling and immediately started taking it. I did have about 24 hours only of flu, but never felt terrible and it was totally fine in 24 hours. usually I'm sick for days and the flu drags on. definitely glad to have this handy.
