MCT Oil 100% Pure by Now Foods - 32 Ounces

I definitely like this Mct oil and would order it again. It is flavorless meaning you can add it to foods if you like or to coffee or even a protein shake. It's primarily C8 and C10 so it's quickly absorbed and sent to the liver to be transformed into ketones so it can be used for energy and rather quickly. I feel a good energy pick-me-up and a little mental boost in clarity when taking this. Not a bad price when I bought and am definitely getting good use out of it. It supports a keto/low carb diet and even generates ketones if you're not in ketosis so you still get.that benefit. I highly recommend👍

This stuff is fabulous I've been on it over a yr n it lasts along time but be careful once u open it up u might want to put something under it just in case it happens to run down the bottle, its oil n it is very slippery I love the brand it has no taste, I put it in my salads n in my smoothies n my concoction I make up to drink n sipe on it all day. Oh yes it gives me energy, I take it with me when iam at the gym n sipe on it their and I will keep on drinking it,
