For ages 5-8, take 1 to 2 wafers, once daily. For ages 9 and up, take 1 to 2 wafers, once or twice daily. Chew wafers thoroughly.
Instructions
For ages 5 and up. Take as follows, depending on your child's weight: <75 lb. = 1 to 2 wafers daily, 75 to 125 lb. = 2 to 3 wafers daily, >125 lb. = 3 to 4 wafers daily. Chew wafers thoroughly.

This Works!!!
I went to a GNC and specifically asked for this and the sales person tried to get me to buy the GNC version instead which I do NOT appreciate and she tried to down this products saying it does not have the vitamins my son needs. First off, how does she even know what my son needs or isn't already taking?! I told her that he already has vitamins and I only NEED this bottle that I was looking for. Please sales people do not do that and try to sale your store product just for a sale or because your boss requested. You are dealing with people's lives and their special needs. Ugh. But my son LOVES this wafer and it helped instantly!
