Good product. I make my own "jello" using natural flavors and stevia. It took a smidge more time to whisk the the powered gelatin into the water than other powered gelatin. However, the final result was delicious and had a great texture. I would buy it again.

Does not alter taste

This gelatin is unflavored so I can add a teaspoon to my coffee or plain water and it does not alter the taste. I found it is better to dissolve it in cool water first and then add it to coffee or just drink it.
