Disappointed

I am disappointed in two things. 1) it is only 19 inches wide and the specifications says it is 21 inches wide 2) the stand attached is chrome, while the mirror frame is black. The photo in the ad shows both to be black. This is a biggie for me. Yes I could go to the trouble to remove it and spray paint it, but should you really have to do that?
