Wobbly and no customer service

The chairs are overall cheap looking and maybe worth $100 for the set. The color is nice but they are not that comfortable and extremely wobbly. I have had them for a few months and was waiting to see if they would settle but they have not. I have contacted the company to see how I can get replacement legs, even if I have to pay for them, and they reply with only an automated message that they dont accept returns. I am not asking for a return. I want to try different legs that may not be wobbly. Hope someone can help.
