Jensen AM/FM Dual Alarm Clock with Digital Retro "Flip" Display

I wrote a review that disappeared so I hope this is not a duplicate. This radio needs a minus rating. You didn't say that the radio is non-returnable because the back-up battery pack is a lithium battery. I even "chatted" and asked why it is not returnable, and your agent did not admit it even then. I did not learn that until the radio came and I went through the instuction manual. That it dishonest and can be called lying. As for the radio itself--next to useless. The sound is so tinny I have trouble understanding even the newscast. Well, what did I expect from anything so small, although the Jensen name encouraged me to try it. Years ago Jensen made very good speakers, but in this radio they had only about 1-1/2 inches of space to fit a speaker into. Impossible. My fault. I should have known better. I have always had good service from Jet, and I will continue to shop with you, but this radio was a mistake.
