Great Customer Service

This stainless steel bottom grid was purchased by the previous owners of my home. I recently noticed that one of the rubber feet had fallen off and another was starting to crack. Even though was not my purchase and it has been used for awhile, the company is sending me a package the rubber feet at no charge. It is so great when a company stands by their products and offers such great service. Bravo Kraus!

So far so good. One very minor thing is that the Kraus product logo inside the sink is crooked and it's located just under the faucet, so I will always see it. It will drive me crazy since I'm somewhat of a neat freak/OCD.
