Embr Wave 2 Cooling Wristband for Night Sweats and Menopause Relief - Black, 1 Count, 1 Pack

I bought this wristband to help with my heat intolerance from POTS and it has been a game changer. It feels like an ice pack against my wrist. I am so impressed by how cool it feels and I love that you can program it with your phone and have it run all day if you want. It has made me be able to spend extended time outdoors again. I am so thankful I found this and I really hope you come out with other similar products like necklaces as well.

After a few weeks of using my EMBR Wave, I can share that I highly recommend this product for everyone who experiences hot flashes or trouble sleeping!! I'm so thankful that I found out about this little cooling wristband :) It's helping me so much with my POTS heat intolerance that I experience on a daily basis. Besides, it helps me sleep more peacefully. Our house gets pretty hot and I'm prone to having nightmares: the EMBR Wave prevents them, and I'm still in awe because of that… I mean, I've tried EVERYTHING for over the past 15 years, so a big shoutout to EMBR and a huge thanks from a happy customer :D The battery is very good too, by the way, as is the app that comes with it!! I do have a few downsides to share, but nevertheless I gave my review 5 stars because the impact on my health is way more important. Anyway, the downside feedback, that EMBR might be able to change? :) -> 1) After a while it's irritating my skin, especially on the place of the little charger point. So I have to adjust the location on my arm/wrist often, or switch arms, and then use vaseline. It would be great if that could be adjusted. 2) The bracelet unfortunately made a hole in a favorite shirt, because a small hook got stuck, so i'm going to buy the "comfort band”. I think it would be great if the EMBR Wave came with the comfort band to begin with! 3) The EMBR Wave gets quite hot on the top side when you are cooling your wrist. Because you have to wear in on the inside of your arm, you are likely to touch your own belly when you are sleeping, which isn't very comfortable (and also not useful, because then you trigger yourself to warm up again). EMBR clearly states that it's normal for the top to get warm because it's an electronic device and that you should aim to prevent touching a blanket or anything so it can get rid of the heat, but that's difficult when it's in the inside of your wrist! So that might be something to improve further for an EMBR Wave 3. Anyway, like I said, these are tiny details compared to what it's doing for my health. I'd rather have some irritated skin, damaged clothing once in a while or challenges with where to put by wrist so the device can cool down, than all the problems that follow with my hot flashes and nightmares.
