It has articulation controls that allow you to give it an upward tilt of 5-degrees, a downward tilt of 15-degrees and swivel side-to-side 180-degrees. I've installed several big screen TVs and used several different wall mounts. The mounts that I've used were purchased by the home owner I was providing the installation for. This past Christmas my wife and granddaughter wanted new big screens mounted. My granddaughter wanted two and my wife wanted one. I've worked with the cheapest to the most over priced one the market. After much research I purchased three Atlantic Full Motion Mounts for our installs. These are a breeze to work with and are super sturdy! They are designed to meet just about every type of install situation that you'll have. These are great!
