Loved this cleanse. My favorite aspect is that you can take it at your own pace by dialing back the dosage if the “elimination” becomes too much for your comfort level. I feel like the pills were very swallowable although on the large side (and multiples). Drink lots of water with it! I felt so good after this cleanse and took away all my bloat. I did manage to lose a few pounds but I personally believe that was just because of the colon clearing. Either way, I highly recommend this product which is full of amazing potent and well chosen herbs for a very reasonable price! I will probably try it again in the next season change!
