This has to one of the best sleeping aids I have ever tried in a long time. I suffer from insomnia, so getting 4 plus hours is almost impossible. I want to wake up and feel refreshed. With the brands I have tried in the past I always would wake up feeling groggy. With Unisom I get my 8 hours of sleep, plus I feel wonderful. The pain pill is a plus since I also have headaches. I am able to take one pill to go to sleep and knock out my headache.

This stuff is strong! I took a half of a pill the first time and slept for 12 hrs. and I have a strong constitution. You have to figure out what works for you. I once took NoDoz, drank and Coke and still fell asleep. Be careful with this. It is the real deal!
