Love This Pan!!
I bought this pan a few months ago on clearance for half the price and thought to myself if it doesn't work I have not lost but $15 instead of $30. I only wish that I had bought two of them. The number one thing that is a must is reading the instructions before you use this pan or you will ruin it. I barely use oil or butter to fry anything now and get some of the best golden crusts on things such as cubed steak and pork chops. Clean up is a breeze as well, I just run it under the water for a few seconds and usually everything is gone from inside but if anything remains a light sponge wipe is all it takes to remove food particles. The folding handle is a major plus for being able to sit the entire pan into the sink flat and for storing without taking up so much space. For the reviewer that stated they tried to season this pan and found it to be a terrible nonstick pan, I am assuming you did not read the instructions. You do not season pans like this, the only time I have ever heard of seasoning a pan is for iron skillets. Non-stick cookware is ruined by trying to season it. Since trying this stone pan I am seriously thinking about buying the new set that Walmart has in the store by Starfrit. It is not the same brand as this one but very close and has good reviews as well.

Best pan I've had!
I've had so many pans before and when I tried this one I feel in love. I went back and bought more. It doesn't stick to the pan like others. I love it. It's not messy. So easy to clean. It's awesome and hopefully it stays that way. And the handle folds is great!
