This new fabric is a non-woven spun bonded material with a special water-resistant UV coating. When I red the reviews .....i was not sure. One review said that it was very delicate to work with as far as the zipper was concerned. I found it to be better than expected and ordered 2. One for mattress, one for box-spring. The zipper was not problem and would recommend them to anyone wanting to cover their bedding.

Great quality for the price! The box mattress cover went on effortlessly and makes a nice difference in the overall appearance of my bedding. I don't like bed skirts because they're too fussy and this box spring mattress cover is perfect in making my bed look neat and tidy.
