This is a great chair. Good quality. Received it two days earlier than expected. Was so excited until I discovered it came with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS!!! I dug through the box and opened every little cranny twice. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so I figured it out myself. Having assembled a LOT of stuff myself it wasn't that hard but I still have to dock stars for what I consider missing pieces.
