While I haven't used the one I ordered yet, I'm familiar with this cooler because my sister owns one. The cooler works great and holds ice all day in the heat, keeping everything nice and cold! The handles can be a little difficult to open at times, but other than that, it's a fantastic product.

I researched for about 2 weeks after my “USA made” lifetime cooler broke after a few years of lite duty.After all the reviews and research I decided on a orca cooler and guess what? I didn't make a mistake I would put this on yeti level with a better warranty and being made right here in the states.My cooler came with a big scratch on top but it looks like something shipping did.Im impressed with all aspects of this cooler my favorite parts are the handles and the bag on the back all very sturdy and high quality.If I get good longevity out of this as I feel I will you guys have a life long customer.
