Under Desk Cable Organizer Cord Cover by Edison Supply

I had to go back to the Product Description to see if there was something I overlooked. This product is made of plastic. Cheap, flimsy, plastic. The product arrived in a shipping box, and not the one shown in the pictures. The install was simple enough. The end caps did not secure to the raceway, so I didn't attempt to put them on, after I installed the cable organizer. They kind of just rested on it, but there were no grooves or anything to snap or secure it tightly in place. I felt that these would have fallen off with even the slightest movement. I was happy with the finished product. My wires were neatly organized, as I had intended. That was until the next morning, when I discovered that the cable organizer had fallen, and in the process had ripped some of my desk off with it. Needless to say, I was less than pleased. Maybe that was my fault, but it advertises being able to hold a surge protector, which I had in the organizer. I had secured it on the crossbar underneath my desk with a zip tie, while I could find a suitable replacement. I ended up returning this item, and ordered a metal Monoprice Cable Tray Organizer. Hopefully it holds up better than this one did.
