It makes excellent round cubes

After waiting over a week to receive this item, I washed it and after drying, I immediately tried the item. I filled it with hot distilled water in a manner that was directed by the instructions and placed it upright and level inside of my freezer where it sat undisturbed for approximately 27 hours. Once 27 hours had passed, I removed the item from the freezer and let it sit on the counter for approximately 20 to 25 minutes at room temperature. I lifted away the molds from the cooler and slowly separated them, revealing four clear ice spheres. While the spheres were clear, I noticed small streaks near the top of the sphere as I was removing them from the mold. While it's not a complete disappointment, I was hoping to get perfectly clear spheres from this product. Overall I would say the product did very well, however, because of the small streaks at the top of the spheres, I couldn't give it a full five star rating. I would recommend this product because it does seem to come close to delivering a perfectly clear sphere.
