Fruit of the Loom Full Cushion Work Crew Socks (6 Pair Pack) (Men Big & Tall)

I was expecting the socks to be much longer than they are, yet they are barely above the ankle. The thickness is standard, nothing exceptional. I prefer a thick foot portion on my sock to aid in comfort as well as warmth. These are the same as any other sock I have purchased with the exception of a particular brand I try to stick with just because the foot is thick, well weaved, cushioned and warm. I do like the reinforced toes as with all socks - that seems to be a plus. The seem on top of the toe instead of at the end is a nice addition. I would not go out of my way to recommend these but they are no different than most socks on the markert. Not better nor worse.

I choose these socks as I've bought FTL before as my husband wears a size 12-13 in a shoe according whom the maker is. He is very happy with these socks and they do fit him as crew socks. The package states size 12-16 I don't think these socks will fit much more than a size 13. My husband has worn a pair everyday at work he said they are comfy with his work boots and feel well patted around his heel and the support around the upper part of his foot helps a lot as a long day standing on your feet. These socks would be great for sport activity or working out. He's asked me to order two more packs of six. Great socks however if your foot is bigger than a 13 they may pull and stretch out of shape. My husband has big calves and the top does stretch. Well made quality, durable and cushioned.
