Arrived Broken

The frame was beautiful and what I was looking for BUT it arrived broken. It was shipped in a box bigger than the frame and even though it had bubble wrap around it, the frame was broken. The glass arrived fine but the wood in 2 of the corners were ripped apart and not repairable. I would have scored it a 5 had it not arrived in that condition.
