Great product that meets my 87 year old Dad's needs. He's likes regular boxers and they are hard to find for incontinence. Got two other brands that didn't absorb. Tiichoo boxers are by far the best. The fly is easy to access and they're washing well. Plan to order more because he says they're not binding Thanks WalMart and Tiichoo!

First impression was surprise! These look exactly like normal Boxer underwear, incontinence insert not easily detected. Hubby likes the fit... true to size, he is very particular and won't wear anything he doesn't like! He's worn them every night since received, but actually has not had an 'accident' since. Possibly the underwear... tricks the mind with wear, rather than going 'commando' at night, if that makes sense, lol. Highly Recommend!
