Arrived smaller than expected but lush and gorgeous. I thought height listed is measured from top soil to highest leaves, but it is 36" from bottom of pot to highest leaves. It looks healthy and beautiful though so I'm willing to look past the height. Packaged and (fed3x) delivered nicely. Heatpack is really tiny. I live in a northern state and we had a lot of single digit weeks this winter, I made sure the weather is nice the week it'll travel so it won't arrive frozen to death. Overall happy with my purchase. One happy plant mom.
