Specifically look for “DenTek” Orabrush tongue cleaner. I've used them for years, great colors, very soft brushes to get rid of that nasty junk. After brushing, I put a bit of Listerine in a rinse cup, dip orabrush into it, cleaning all areas, especially far back on all sides, rinsing as I go. Poof, total difference in confidence. Highly recommended..
