Northlight Pre-Lit Full Northern Pine Artificial Commercial Christmas Tree - 14' - Clear Lights

When the box arrived it was damaged and partially open. We set the tree up but did not "fluff" the branches. We wanted to make sure the lights worked. They did. We noticed that one of the branches was not connected with the original rivot thus it hung low and ran into the branches below. Someone had attached the branch with a twist tie. Obviously they knew the branch was defective and tried to rig it so no one would notice and sent the tree out as if it were in pristine condition. Overall the tree looks pretty realistic and we are sure when the branches are "fluffed out" it will look good. One other issue of which you should be aware. After ordering the first tree, we kept waiting for delivery information. After about 5 days I called to inquire and was told that tree was not in stock and I'd have to purchase a different tree. No one called or wrote to inform me of this. To maintain your good business reputation it would be beneficial to inform your customers if the trees are no longer available after having ordered them.

The tree arrived in good condition and lit perfectly despite the battered condition of the shipping box. The box was smashed open at the top and bottom and the side had a large chunk taken out of it. For a tree weighing 127# the box was nowhere near strong enough. As I said, when it was removed from the box it assembled perfectly and all the lights worked, amazingly. Better shipping cartons are highly recommended!
