Elements Haley Fabric Sectional in Seashell (Right Arm Facing Loveseat, Left Arm Facing Chaise)

So, I ordered a light colored couch, because based on the description, I believed it had a removable slipcover. It does not! All the fabric is stapled to the wood frame. Feeling disappointed and bamboozled, especially since I researched my purchase for months. On the bright side, this sectional is very handsome. It is not white, but more of an oatmeal color. It has a coarsely textured, linen appearance. Only slightly darker than I expected. Seems reasonably constructed and the cushioning appears to be good quality. The support could be described as soft to medium. I did have to hammer a nail back into the frame, as it was sticking out through the fabric along the top of the sofa. Arrived in 2 boxes, both of which were 29 inches at their most narrow side. Easily slipped through my colonial era, narrow doorways. Such a relief ! Freight delivery was fine. 24 hours notice and told that the boxes would only be dropped off on the front porch. This was unexpected and as a single female, I had to quickly find, a strong, young helper, otherwise it would have sat out in the rain. Luckily the freight driver, kindly helped us slide it into the house and into the living room. I suspect we got lucky. I was also pleased to find that the two parts of the sectional, have a connection device built into the frame, so the parts do not drift away from one another. Search a good idea. Long story short, I'm keeping the sectional. At this point, finding another one that I felt confident about ordering, would probably kill me! I would have given more stars if I had actually gotten the slipcovered sofa that I thought I had ordered.
