Northlight 58" Deluxe Life-Size Animated and Musical Decorative Dancing Santa Claus Christmas Figure

i received my Santa 5 days after ordering it. The directions were only in spanish but it was pretty simple to figure out. stand it up, plug it in... well it didnt work. i called the company the representitive told me she would call me back a couple hours later she called me back and said it as a new item and they would send me another one within 48 hours. less than 48 hours later i received the new one. got it out stood it up plugged it in and it does not work! ive bn calling the office back for 3 days and it keeps saying theyre closed due to severe weather..... at this point i hope i get my money back because im not trying a third time !!
