My daughter is gluten free and I have never used this brand. She came to our home on Christmas Eve for breakfast. I decided to use this to make our whole family pancakes. They turned out fully and the taste was great! I’ve used other brands in the past and didn’t get close to the taste, quality or amounts it makes. This way exceeded my expectations. I’m sure I could use it with my family and they could not tell any difference!! My husband, me, her and her husband couldn’t believe how good they were and I used the whole box it made a bunch!! I would highly recommend this because truly I don’t think anybody would know unless they were told!!

Great mix

I always use this mix, because I love that it is gluten free and for the most part pretty clean. And a lot of gluten free produce gas, but not this mix. And it makes great pancakes! Walmart has the best price, so I usually order a dozen at a time.

This makes the best, most realistic biscuits, waffles, and pancakes. We are not a strictly gf household, but one of my children just discovered that wheat bread products were the cause of their persistent stomach aches.
