Well, the item is waterproof; everything is sealed so tightly that sound doesn't work well when talking to someone on the line. I found a solution, but it compromises the waterproof feature of this case. Perhaps all the phones returned had this true problem. Someone should pay me for finding this issue. It will make a big difference. My phone works perfectly with sound now. The next big issue is trying to screenshot as well.Did anyone ever consider these issues with the cases for that price.
