LOVE THEM!
I've had these knives for a year now and they are still shiny with the red enamel still looking gorgeous! I read the care instructions. I don't leave them in standing water - I wash by hand and air dry. I have washed them in my dishwasher twice but the still look like they did out of the box! Only thing is the butcher block it came with is a little cheep looking but it does look exactly as on the box. I LOVE THEM!
