The Viking 10-Piece True Forged Knife Block Set is designed to exceed the expectations of home chef's, offering greater sharpness, strength, balance, and durability. Designed for a lifetime of use, each blade is fully forged from a single piece of German-Steel. These fully forged knives are constructed with a full bolster, integrated tang, and a hygienic triple-riveted ABS handle to provide a comfortable grip. The blades feature a 15-degree cutting edge that is heat hardened under inert gas to ensure strength and long life. The combination of the cutting-edge angle and the Rockwell hardness create the perfect balance between edge retention and the ability to sharpen the blade. The only knives you need!
After using this set for the last few months, I can confidently say that it is the best knife set I have ever owned. The craftsmanship, balance, and materials used are all of top quality. The block is attractive and looks great on my counter without being excessively large. The blade quality and sharpness are unlike any of the other knives I have owned before. Each knife is extremely sharp and cuts effortlessly through everything. Viking has now become my go to choice for cutlery. Thank you!
I love my new knives, is totally worth the price!!
I'm absolutely thrilled with this knife set! From the moment I unboxed them, I could tell these were something special. The craftsmanship is incredible - they feel sturdy and well-balanced in my hand. They look amazing on my countertop also!! But the real test is in the performance, and wow, do they deliver. They slice through everything like butter as they passed my ''potato'' test. I managed to cut easily and very thin my french fries, something I was struggling with my previous knives. These knives are seriously sharp, the chef's knife is my go-to. It's the perfect size for everything. The set is 100% worth it guys!!

Knives are well made and very sharp. Only complaint is we wish the knife block was a lighter color the dark block shows all the scratches if you don't hit the slot just right
