The delivery company they use was very dishonest. They did not deliver on time and kept changing the times. I had to call them many times to get my son's bike before his birthday. The box was in bad shape when it arrived. The bike was okay. It was hard for me and my fiance to put the bike together because they sent a terrible video with the bike. It did not show what tools he used or anything. It was a waste of time and very frustrating. We found a better video to finish the bike that took us two days to do right. The bike is well made and runs well. My son was very happy on his birthday. Update: my son rode it yesterday and he loves it. I like that we can change the speed. We had it on gear 1 so he can get used to driving it.

It was hard to assemble the bike because the instructions were not clear. I was thankful for YouTube videos that helped me. I had some problems getting the bike to run, but the customer service was helpful and I had someone who knew how to fix it. Now the bike is running great and I have no issues with it. It is a great bike for beginners and for playing in the dirt.

This bike is a great starter bike for my 10-year-old daughter. She learned to ride it in two days and she could start it by herself after the first oil change. The engine has a lot of compression and it took about a week to break in the kick start. The oil change also made it easier to kick. The bike is fast and new riders should start in second gear to avoid wheelies until they get used to the throttle. It starts after one or two kicks, but make sure it is in neutral before kicking. Don't give it any gas while kicking or it will flood the carburetor. And if it starts in gear, it will take off, so be careful. This bike is the best for the price and it has a lot of torque. I love it and so does my kid.
