Botanic Tree Exfoliating Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser with Bamboo & Shea Extract, Organic Face Wash, 6 fl oz

I have very acne prone, dry skin and am just over 30. I have never used a glycolic acid face wash before, but I was really happy with the benefits that this one provides. I use chemical exfoliants (AHA/BHA overnight treatment serum) once per week, tretinoin (strong retinol) about 2-3 times per week, and for the days in between I use a salicylic acid face wash followed by a hydrogen toner, niacinamide serums, hyaluronic acid serums, ceramides etc (hydrating treatments with no active acids). Even with the hydrating treatments I have found that my skin tends to peel or get a little rough with that skin especially after retinol. On the days in between the chemical exfoliant %26 retinol days (CANNOT use any of the mentioned products on the same day!), I used the glycolic acid face scrub instead of the SA one for two days per week. The glycolic acid wash has little exfoliating beads that are not rough at all-But the "beads" have enough texture to help Remove the triublesome dead skin that I've had so many issues with. Before finding the face wash I was unable to find an effective way to remove the flaky/dry skin in a gentle way without damaging my face. The wash also helps fight acne and isn't as harsh as the chemical exfoliant or the tretinoin which I really like. The daily blemishes that used to pop up are becoming much less frequent so I am definitely going to continue use and update my review when I have more time to see even better results.
