Hampden Furnishings® provides a warranty to the original user, covering all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of five years. In the event of a defect, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect. Please note that excessive swaying back and forth on any banquet stack chair will completely void the warranty. This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by state. Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use seller's products furnished under the order.
