Don't waste your money
This fan stopped working a week after it was installed. I paid an electrician to come back and see why, and then a week later, it stopped again. Called the manufacturer for help and was told they don't have troubleshooting available. Would only offer me replacement parts so i would have to have to pay again for an electrician to replace the parts that may not even be the reason it stopped working. Very poor customer service. Returning and purchasing from another company that offers support and installation. Something is wrong with the mechanics of this fan.
