I got this magnesium to make my own spray. This was the first time I've ever used this form of magnesium so I can't tell you if it looks good compared to similar brands. I can tell you the flakes were more of large salt granules that dissolved quickly in warm water. The magnesium seemed to work like it should. I feel much relief on my sore muscles when I spray the area. I also feel a slight sleepy/calming effect. I thought the price was great! Shipping was quick and my magnesium was well packaged.
