Unprofessional

The seller was unprofessional. Package was scheduled to arrive March 12. Tracking indicated that this item stopped updating on march 10th of course I contacted the seller. I proceeded to contact Walmart support since I was receiving no tracking updates and they stated the item was lost in transit so they issued a refund. The seller reached out to me and stated they “filed a report” against me because I requested a refund and I needed to pick up the item immediately. This is all while the item is still marked in transit for USPS and we did not receive this item. Gross, Don't waste your time.
