Effective way to quit smoking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gum has a nice flavor. Initially, from weeks 1-6 it says to chew every 1-2 hours and less in the weeks after. After chewing the gum I felt like I didn't want a cigarette for over an hour so I think the gum is effective. The gum is expensive, but so is smoking, both in terms of the product and your health, so I think it's a good value. I plan to continue using it as I quit smoking.

Nicorette helped me quit smoking!

It holds its flavor for much longer than I anticipated, and the flavor is much better than I expected. Great flavor and really helps!
