Use common sense and consider a size of the bird.
It is horribly wobbly and instructions need a major update. Welding is broken in some parts and after one rain storm it is rusty. I am already thinking either putting it in the trash or powder coat it. I don't know how else to deal with it. I don't recommend it, but if you have patience and planning on keeping it indoors, it is an OK cage for a huge parrot with a big head.
