Made for use in the backyard, camping, bush-crafting, or anywhere you need it.Smooth and durable walnut handle seamlessly fits with the heat-tempered 6 ¾" pointed blade for a tool that just feels good in your hand. Made of 900D polyester with an interior liner, it weathers real-world use while protecting the blade from dulling. I took a chance on this one and I am SO glad I did! Big, heavy, and every part seems to be outstanding quality. Note - it arrives semi-sharp -- but someone who knows knife sharpening well can put a nice edge on the non-serrated side of it! I was planning to get a new set of pruners but the saw takes only a second or two longer and saves me from getting an extra tool. I've been using it as a trowel as well. I have not tried hammering with it but so far I adore it.
