Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent Le Parfum 0.33oz/10ml Spray New With Box

I look forward to Christmas because this is the perfume I get every year from my husband. It makes me feel special. I lean more to masculine smells. This is the best combination of female and a slight masculine smell to me.

First YSL fragrance purchase! I tried this scent in a store before I went ahead and purchased the full size and I have to say, the fragrance has only gotten better to my nose the more I wear it. I also smelled the other spin-offs of the Black Opium line but this one just really got me with the sweet, not too warm vanilla notes. It has good staying power on my skin and although I don't get any coffee notes, I really love the white florals and vanilla. It's a great everyday perfume for me because it's not too basic but not too adventurous. To me this perfume feels vaguely "I'm not a goth but I predominately wear black." Plus, the bottle is beautiful and goes so well with the other darkly inclined fragrances in my collection. I personally wouldn't recommend a blind buy of this one and I'm very happy that I like it even better now than when I first tried it in store.
