Lace Parasol Adult Halloween Accessory

I needed 2 white lace parasols for photo props. Shopping online I was shocked to discover how expensive they can be! As it was not necessary for the parasols to be made of real lace, I went with these for the price and free ship to store. They arrived on time, and were easy to pick up. The lace is indeed polyester, but suited my purposes just fine. The look of the lace is nicer than I expected- it doesn't come across as cheap-looking. The parasol opens and closes nicely- I was a little nervous that the parts would be junky, but it's definitely well-made for the price. The one drawback is the circumference is not especially huge- it's definitely smaller than a typically rain umbrella (don't expect to get any real sun protection from this). However, it is still suited for an adult; the handle seems too long for most children.

Ordered this item for a one-time event and had it shipped to the store. It arrived a day early which I thought was great, but it came shattered in several places. It's not a durable looking item to start with, fragile in fact. It was shipped without any padding or support, and the shipping box should have been marked fragile. Not a wonder that it had to be sent back as 'damaged.' Just don't waste your time on this item or any similar looking items.
