Wooden and metal bed frames are things of the past update your bedroom with the stylish Favela Upholstered Bed. The king-sized headboard, slats, and footboard are foam-padded, button-tufted, and upholstered in a beautiful, versatile gray linen blend. Made in Malaysia with a wooden frame and black wood feet, sound construction is not left by the wayside. The Favela is a platform bed, so does not require a box spring: wooden slats (included) serve the same purpose. Only a mattress and bed linens (not included) are required. Best purchase!
Received my bed sooner than expected. Delivery guys were efficient and friendly. My daughter and I put the bed together in less than an hour. 2 tips: Slats: snap in sides of slats before snapping in center on frame. Wings: open Velcro on back of headboard to screw wings to headboard. Love the bed! Quality construction at a very reasonable price. I have put in a small bedroom 10' x 10' and looks beautiful!

GREAT bed, especially for the price.
This bed is very impressive looking in person - the pictures are good, but they just don't show how nice it really looks. Yes, it requires (fairly simple, easy) assembly, but the materials are very solid and of high quality, certainly when compared to other ""build it yourself"" furniture. The bed is very sturdy once assembled and looks like it belongs in a high-end boutique hotel, especially with white hotel-style bed linens. We were concerned about the fabric getting dirty, so I did a Scotch Guard treatment before putting it together. Hopefully that will help keep away the dust, hair oils, etc. from dirtying the beautiful fabric over time. Very satisfied with this purchase. Delivery was easy - actually shipped earlier than original estimates. For the price, this is one fantastic bed!
