I like the way these cookies are packaged in small portions like crackers are, so you can eat or store them in batches rather than open up the entire container. Even though the ingredients don't mention coconut, the flavor has a slight buttery coconut taste, perfect as a compliment to vanilla ice cream or with coffee. It's sweet enough with no additional frosting or sugar coating.
