Horrible Product

I bought this was expecting a great product the first one i received was so damaged that it looked like it had been dropped the engine was completely broken from the plastic housing. Called and the service rep was awesome got me a new one sent out asap.I received the second one the remote was not working the electric start was not working after I finally got it to start it ran for about a minute and died tried starting it over and over with no results. Called again then I had to take it to fed ex for a return it has been a week still no reply been on customer service call for a while still no help.
