Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown. Prefer waffles? To make four 4 inches waffles, blend: 3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, and I tbsp. oil. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
