Works great with dimmers. Works OK with photo eyes (sometimes lights are illuminated real dim when sensor dormant. The photo eye must be putting out a real low current when it is dormant and because the LEDs are low wattage, the LED illuminates at a very low level. Works great in our walk-in closet. Same lights are being used in our kitchen, dining room, and garage.

Led br40 replacement bulb
These are expensive but produce great light with out requiring the same amount of electricity as tungsten bulbs plus I love the fact you can purchase these in 5000 kelvin so I can get a truer, cleaner light instead of the standard less crisp yellows of the 2700-3300 kelvin bulbs.
