A fabulous solution for those of us who wear headbands for exercise and don't like things in our ears. Sound quality is so expansive that I had to keep checking to make sure it wasn't coming from my phone speaker. I'm looking forward to trying for nighttime relaxation/sleep music as well.

These are the most comfortable sleep headband/speakers I have tried. The speaker discs are in foam, making them much more comfortable for side sleepers. I've tried about 5 other brands, and this one is a winner.

Super comfortable! I've tried other pairs of sleep headphones in the past, and despite being twice the cost they were only half as comfortable as these headphones. You can tell these headphones were crafted with love and care. I sleep in them every night.
