This nontoxic form of comfrey heals!
I took symphytum officinale 200 ck for a broken rib. It healed in less than a week! It also healed a bone bruise that I had been dealing with for months and got me back running. I am currently taking it for a severe sprain along with homemade comfrey salve with incredible results. I will never be without this again in my first aid kit.
