I was a bit skeptical, but we have a ton of balloons, and I dont want to use an electric one, because we plan on blowing up all the balloons at night (while our son is asleep) and it would be too loud. they did not arrive on time; but when I contacted the seller, they got back to me quickly that they had contacted usps and got it moving. they showed up a few days later. just as described and work just as I thought/hoped that they would. I'm very happy that we got these. :Be careful removing the balloon, the first one I snapped myself. It's easy to get the hang of it. I'm just giving a warning to my fellow accident prone people.
